Lemozi {PC 286}
Person
PC: this is identical to PAlvernha's "Lemozi de Brive"; PC does not find the tenso with BVent {286,1} to be fictitious; S Guida, Cultura Neolatina 57 (1997):167-197, "Il Limosino di Briva", argues at p171 that in strophe 5 the 4th trobador "limosino" (also called "joglar") is Arnaut de Quintinhac (not BVent); for Guida p175, A de Quintinhac was precursor and "maestro" of BVent; Guida pp190-91 backs up his argument by pointing to the testimony of Matfre Ermengau, who attributes "Lo Joi comens en un bel mes" to AQuintinhac [whom he erroneously calls "Guiraut" de Quintinhac]; GRLMA II.1.7:444 vers 1170, jongleur?, prob. identique au Lemozi de Briva mentionne dans la satire litt. de PeireAlv et au Lemozi auquel BernVent adresse la parole dans {70,45}; BEdT 1999/07/27 generazione 2= 1150-1175; BEDT 2.0 2009-02-20 luogo di origine: Limosino, Marche (?);
